Getting Started

Tips for a Smooth Shoot

1. Book Your Appointment

Be sure to allow enough time for any prep work that you or the owner may need to do when deciding the appointment date. Then, CALL to schedule. This website won’t ask for money. You won’t be charged until we speak and finalize the date and time. An invoice will be sent to you directly from PayPal (no account needed) to confirm your appointment. (See Q&A for tips.) The contact number is at the bottom of each page and also on the Contact page.

2. Prepare the Property

Clean, clutter-free homes photograph best! Please review our Preparation Tips (button below) to help the property look its absolute best.

3. Day of the Shoot

Ensure that I have access to the property at the scheduled time. It’s helpful if someone is available to move items, if needed, particularly in occupied properties. Photo sessions typically take 1 to 2 hours. My photography often captures more images than will be delivered, so we can select and edit the very best. As a contractor, I am often given lockbox combinations to vacant houses so agents are not required to spend time there.

4. Get Your Photos

You’ll receive an email with a download link once your photos are ready—usually within 24 hours. If your email address changes, just let me know so I can update your contact info. The required MLS Written Permission Slip will come with the images.
